Media representatives should conduct themselves in a manner that does not draw unnecessary attention to themselves or hinder the smooth production of the event.

Please be advised that drones are only permitted with a valid license and proof of insurance, which must be provided and approved.

Media is encouraged to cover the event through whatever mediums are at their disposal. If using DriftHQ content for any purpose other than event coverage, DriftHQ is to be given credit or to be tagged in the usage.

DriftHQ has the right to use, reference or cite any and all coverage of the event as it sees fit. Media is encouraged to submit any links or copies of published content about DriftHQ to media@drifthq.com. You agree to provide links or copies of any content created from the event to DriftHQ officials if requested.

Coverage of the event should not result in the negative portrayal or defamation of DriftHQ’s character in any capacity. Failure to comply with any of the above terms is considered a Breach of Contract and may result in credentials being revoked and other appropriate actions taken.
