Vendor signup is open for the July 4th – 5th, 2025, Drift HQ Carolina Motorsports Event!

Submitting applications should be done as soon as possible. Upon completion of your submission, you will receive a confirmation email. Approvals will be delivered no later than three weeks before the event. If you wish to have earlier confirmation, kindly mention this in your submission form, and we will do our best to accommodate you so you can plan accordingly.

If your application is approved, you will receive an invoice for your vendor spot. Your vendor status is not confirmed until the invoice is paid in full. Once payment is received, a vendor map and final instructions will be sent during the week of the event. Please note that vendor spots are limited and may sell out—be sure to complete payment promptly to secure your place.
